Both plans cover the build and the setup: we build it, set it up and hand it over. Each row lists exactly what that plan includes.

Scope is exactly what is listed, and it is agreed in writing before work starts, including the pages you need. Anything more is quoted before we do it.
What is not included
- Ongoing management. Both plans end at handover. Running the store afterwards is a separate service, set out below.
- Ad spend. We set up the ad accounts, and you pay for ad spend on your own account at actuals. Running the ads is a separate service.
- The Shopify plan. If your store is on Shopify, you pay Shopify's plan to Shopify directly.
- Marketplace fees. Amazon and Flipkart commissions and fees are charged to your own seller accounts. Marketplace and Merchant Center approvals are decided by the platforms.
- Other running costs. Payment gateway fees, WhatsApp messaging charges and third-party tools are paid on your own accounts at actuals. We never mark them up.
- Your domain. Registered in your name and paid to your registrar.
- Quick commerce. Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart are not offered.
After launch
Silver website. There is no ongoing management service on the website plan. You keep the site current yourself in the visual editor, and hosting stays included. Larger changes, such as a new section or a redesign, are quoted before we start.
Gold store. The store is yours to run. If you would rather have it run for you, add one of two monthly services, with no minimum term:
- Silver Management: your Shopify store run day to day. That covers store operations, order flow, stock sync, dispatch tracking and WhatsApp channel oversight. A fixed monthly retainer, quoted to the work.
- Gold Management: full omnichannel operations. Your store and marketplaces run together, with orders and inventory kept in sync through your OMS (such as EasyEcom or Unicommerce), daily dispatch, NDR and RTO follow-up, AI customer query agents (credits billed at actuals) and hands-on process work. From ₹10,000 a month + GST.
Would you rather we sold for you? Alphamotion can act as your Merchant of Record, on a service fee or retainer plus commission, never commission only. In a Merchant-of-Record engagement the selling accounts are Alphamotion's, and the terms are set out in the written agreement.
Who each plan is for
Silver is for businesses going online for the first time, or replacing a site that no longer does its job. If you sell to other businesses on credit terms, Silver with a product list and an enquiry form usually fits better than a store with a checkout.
Gold is for brands selling to consumers online, or ready to start, that want the store built and the Amazon, Flipkart and ad accounts set up together, then run it themselves or hand it to us.

How much does a website cost?
A business website on the Silver plan is ₹50,000 + GST. An ecommerce store on the Gold plan is from ₹1,00,000 + GST, and the final price depends on the scope agreed in writing before work starts. Should my store be on Shopify or custom-built?
Gold can be built on either. On Shopify, Shopify hosts the store as part of its monthly plan, which you pay to Shopify directly. A custom-coded store comes with a visual editor and is hosted on our VPS server, with hosting included. We recommend one once we know how you sell, and the choice is agreed in writing before work starts. The Silver website is always custom-coded.
Who owns the website and the hosting?
You own the website. Your domain is registered in your name. Every account we create is also set up in your name: analytics, ad accounts, marketplace accounts and, on Shopify, the store itself with your own billing. Custom-coded sites are hosted on a VPS server we run, included in the price. If you move the site elsewhere, we hand everything over.
Do you manage the site after launch?
Both plans cover the build and the setup. The Silver website has no ongoing management service: you keep it current yourself in the visual editor, and larger changes are quoted before we start. A Gold store you can run yourself, or you can add Silver Management (your Shopify store run day to day, quoted to the work) or Gold Management (full omnichannel operations, from ₹10,000 a month + GST). Monthly services have no minimum term.
