Two ways to work with us
Build. The E-Commerce Build Plan: the store, checkout through a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway, conversion tracking, and initial marketplace set up (Amazon and Flipkart, up to two) with upload of up to 50 SKUs, built and handed over to you. From ₹1,00,000 + GST. Hosting is included (on Shopify, the platform plan is paid to Shopify directly). Marketplace approvals are decided by the platforms. Scope is exactly what is listed; anything more is quoted to the work.
Run. Full omnichannel operations: orders and multi-channel inventory kept in sync with your OMS, daily dispatch, NDR and RTO follow-up, AI customer agents and hands-on process work. Scoped to the work, from ₹10,000 a month + GST, with no minimum term.
Who this is for
Brands selling online in India, or about to, who want the store and the marketplaces run as one business rather than by three vendors. International brands selling into India should start with Sell in India.
What is not included
Ad spend, marketplace commissions, the Shopify plan and payment gateway fees are paid on your own accounts at actuals. Quick commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart) is not offered.

What does an ecommerce agency do?
