Sourcing from India, with someone on your side of the table

India is one of the world's great manufacturing floors — textiles, leather, jewellery, homeware, components. It is also a place where a buyer 8,000 km away gets exactly what they inspected, or exactly what they deserve for not inspecting. We are your inspection, negotiation and management on the ground.

What you get

Factories verified in personWe visit before you commit — real capacity, real certifications, real working conditions. Not a directory listing's word for it.
Negotiation by your representativePrices and terms negotiated by people whose incentive is your landed cost, not a middleman's margin on top of it.
Quality inspected before shipmentPre-shipment inspection against your specification — problems caught while they're still the factory's problem, not after duty is paid.
Export paperwork and logistics handledCompliance, documentation and freight coordinated end to end, with your goods trackable door to door.
One contact, continuous relationshipSupplier follow-ups, re-orders, disputes and development of new products — managed continuously, reported monthly.

Categories we work

Fashion and textiles, jewellery and accessories, beauty and personal care, homeware and consumer goods. If your category is adjacent, ask — the verification and management discipline is the same; the factory list is what changes.

Start with the Scan.

One fixed-fee pass across the whole business — ₹75,000 + GST introductory, list ₹1,00,000 — with the findings ranked by what each one is worth. The fee credits in full against the two-month Deep Audit if you go deeper. Or tell the chat agent what's stuck; it reaches Ronnie directly.

Common questions

What does a sourcing agent in India actually do?

Finds suitable factories, visits them in person, negotiates price and terms, checks quality before shipment, and follows the order through production and export. The visiting part is what separates a sourcing partner from a directory.

How do you verify a factory?

In person. Capability, capacity, compliance and the willingness to take a small first order are things you learn by walking the floor, not from a profile page or a video call.

Can you handle quality control and shipping?

Yes, including pre-shipment inspection and export documentation. Most problems surface between approved sample and first production run, which is exactly where an absent buyer is most exposed.

What are your fees?

A transparent fee rather than a hidden margin on your goods. If a sourcing partner will not tell you what they make, that is the answer.

In more detail

Sourcing from India, with somebody actually there

India has genuine manufacturing depth across textiles, leather, engineering goods, packaging, cosmetics and food. The difficulty is never finding suppliers; it is knowing which of them can hold quality at volume, and having somebody local who can walk in when a run goes wrong.

Why the first order is the one that matters

Samples are easy. The gap between an approved sample and the first production run is where most sourcing relationships fail, and it is the point at which a buyer eight time zones away has the least leverage. Being present at that moment is most of the value.
